At Moore's Martial Arts of Citrus Heights, we take your safety seriously, and this starts with the cleanliness of our gym. You're required to come to class with a clean body, a freshly washed uniform, and trimmed fingernails.

You are required to clean your hands before you begin class upon entering the building and wear shoes if you use the restroom. Shoes are not allowed on the practice mat, and any items used on the mat must be properly cleaned and sanitized after use (punching bags, etc).

You're required to bring sparring gear, boxing gloves, etc. (New students, we may have available on a first-come first-serve basis washable loaners boxing gloves for your first few classes, please call us ahead of time to confirm. Thank you!) We have hand sanitizer available at all times when needed during practice, as well as a hand-washing area with single-use paper towels.

In addition, we follow all county and state-recommended safety practices in regard to COVID-19, and post current regulations in our studio. You may not participate in class if you are sick or think you may be getting sick - we have virtual classes until you feel well and are not at risk for our other students.
